Best way for revenge? He strung me along.

Guy that I was dating strung me along for the past month. He (self admitted) half-assed it, passive-aggressively tried avoiding me as a solution to his feelings and made me look like an idiot. I'm a smart girl and I have a lot more things going for myself than he does. I knew things weren't right and I had to practically force him into having a 30 min conversation about the future (or lack there-of) of us. we broke things off, which I'm surprisingly OK about...but seriously. WTF? if I hadn't forced him to have a conversation he would have continued to just be passive aggressive with me. his douchey behavior makes me glad to be done, but how dare he make me look like an idiot in front of our mutual friends? why do guys think it's OK to act like a child and not own upto their feelings. what's worse is that his friends were asking my friends today if "i was ok" WTF. it's so patronizing. Help! what is the best way for me to get revenge? I can't handle people viewing me as a victim.

You know what girl, revenge is never a good thing. It actually just REALLY makes you look like you're the bad one in a relationship...and basically, it's just bad for the karma you know? I think what you should do is just be REALLY nonchalant about things. Whenever the mutual friends approach you or mention things about your ex to you, just really laid back be like "You know...I don't know what his deal was, but it was SO not the way he portrayed things. I hope he finds whatever it is that he's looking for." Because if everything they hear from HIM is drama, but everything they hear from YOU is calm, collected maturity...they'll be able to decipher who's the bad apple here. Let your actions speak for themselves ya know?

And final thought: THANK GOD you got out of this! Ugh, some people need to grow up! LOL.

thanks for your answer! I am currently pretty nonchalant about it, except to my close friends who know the full story. I am thanking God that I'm done with his bull because I wasted many a day worrying about what the hell was going on. he clearly wasn't worth my time. it's just a shame that now all I have are bad memories. his behavior the last month completely negates ANY good memories I have of him. oh well, you live and you learn right?

Don't be a victim. Cut contact with him for a while and focus on yourself. Do new things, buy new clothes, make new friends. Just enjoy being single again and nobody will see you as a victim.
