Why does my boyfriend look over my shoulder?

Regardless of where we are, my boyfriend is always looking over my shoulder to see who I'm texting or who I'm talking to on Facebook. I try to position myself to where he doesn't see. Then, he'll always make a comment about "what was that about?"

Also, he ALWAYS texts me every minute saying "I love you" "I love you so much". It seems like he has trust issues but I don't know how to deal with them and show him that he DOESN'T have to know EVERY part of my life.

Can someone help me? I have nothing to hide but it's just really annoying.

RED FLAG! my ex did the same exact thing to me he had major trust issues with me and even tho I was completely honest with him and never went behind his back to do anything it was just how he was he always thought I was going behind his back, and he also always texted me and told me how much he loved me and even wanted to marry me anyways eventually he became extremely possessive he didn't want me to hang out with my girl friends he didn't want me to talk to any guys at all he didn't even want me to have a job and he also became mentally and physically abusive, now I'm not by any means saying your boyfriend is gonna end up like my ex did but just keep an eye on it and def talk to him just nicely bring it up and ask him if he trusts you and if he says yes then tell him he's got nothing to worry about

If he says " I trust you, but not him" That's a bullsh*t lie! I've said it and I know exactly what I'm saying.

guy meets girl, guy likes girl, guy and girl amore, guy gets really REALLY overly protective.

it may involve a small fight, but the best way to get him to stop is to tell him you "need your space".

if he persists, ask him why he doesn't trust you.

If its one thing that gets on my nerves, it's seeing someone trying to control another person's life. Not only does it mess up your life, but it can bleed over and he'll start attacking the people you like to hang out with, and thus make them not want to be around you.

sorry for the mini rant, I've seen this so many times and been affected by guys who act just like your BF.

i don't mind the rant, but I really do appreciate your advice...i do love him a lot, but I don't wanna end up hurt, and I don't want anyone else hurt for that matter...
