My best friend's boyfriend stares at me?

Is it a bad sign that your best friends boyfriend stares at you? I could understand if I was talking and he was looking at me but even when I'm not talking he'll stare at me, my other friend noticed he was doing this too. I'm wondering if I should even consider telling my friend he does this.

It may mean that you are physically attractive. If so, it doesn't mean that he has any feelings for you. Men are hard-wired to look at women, for him to do otherwise would mean that he's adjusting his behavior away from his instinct (for whatever reason).
