Friends girlfriend insults me?

Hi, I will try to keep it short. My friends girlfriend always insults me, but not directly. Example 4 years ego I had my first sexual experience and her name was Michel, so what my friends G.F. did, she basically insulted her to insult me but not directly at me, but message was TOO clear. and there were A LOT of other messages that targeted my car exact car that I'm driving, clothe, haircut and everything BAD, but not directly at me but I'm not an idiot I GOT IT. I don't want to go balistic at her which I could at any time because she is VERY nasty person to the core. However she is my friends G.F. and I respect him and this is why I'm not doing anything. My question is what does those messages mean and what should I do?

What those messages mean? Dude, she doesn't like you. Clear as day. You're competition and she is a brat. Same as asking how many fingers you have.

What should you do? One of two things: Take her down or ignore her.

BEST way to take her down? Start hanging out with a girl who is NICE but knows how to sling the crap around the way this girl does. Let them duke it out.

BEST way to ignore her? Literally pretend you cannot hear her. If you're standing around talking to your best friend and she walks up, don't greet her, don't look at her, don't acknowledge her. Maybe she'll put her hand around his arm or do something else to get his attention. Just ignore her. She is not there. She does not exist.

Now, your best friend might actually end up noticing that there's a clash between you and the brat. If he says something, you tell him that you don't appreciate being insulted by her and just thought it best not to speak to her at all since she can never say anything nice about you. Add, of course, that you will not confront her about this out of respect for him. He'll most likely be able to appreciate that perspective.

A friend of mine had to deal with a real brat at the office. For the brat's b-day, my friend got her a bottle of wine and made up a pricey cheese tray for everyone to enjoy. The brat unwrapped the bottle, and a few of us had to chuckle as she read the label: link

Well, some people are just mean to the core, like you said. Perhaps that is the case with this girl. Honestly if I was your guy friend who was dating this girl, I would leave her if she was being rude to my friends. But in the meantime, what I would do is confront her, ask her the next time she says something rude, ask her why she has to say things like that. Good on you for keeping control of yourself and not going balistic, if it were me, I would have punched her :P jks, but seriously I would have considered it. But I'm a girl so it would have been okay haha

Ohh... my friend is an idiot as well. EVERYBODY told him she is nasty ugly person( even his parents & sister) what amazes me the most, is that his friends including me and his friends G.F's. all hate and don't like And extremely rarely talk to her and forget about favors lol NON, but she is till around and acts like everything is cool and still hangs around us and of course we don't and we ignoring her deliberately lol. Honestly everybody thinks she is mentally SICK

Well I hope your friend can see her ugliness and realizes that this isn't a good relationship. It makes me sick to see guys being mistreated like that, and yet they stay. But I guess if he is in the relationship his perception of it is probably clouded. To take abuse like that it would have to be. I had a guy who talked abusively to my friend on the phone when he called me, she picked up. I told him off because that behavior is not appropriate!

I would be honest with my friend and with her and ask to talk to the both of them at the same time and explain my concerns. If this doesn't happen, just keep your distance until they break up. You're friend will come back to you and say sorry I didn't listen. Happens all the time.

PS- This girl is passive-aggressive. The only way to let other people in on this kind of behavior is to list all the bad behaviors without outright calling them passive-aggressive. Google passive-aggressiveness yourself and read up on it. Good luck.

Some girls are just bitches. She might not like you, but she might just be mean in general.

Since she is your friend's girlfriend, I would confront your friend about it first. "Check your girl, she's pissing me off." and explain why. By going to him first and not just blowing up at her, it shows your respect for your friend's space. Let him know if it continues, you'll do something about it though.

If the taunting continues, confront her. Let her have it. :-)

Thats a difficult problem to have but I think all you can really do is sit her down quietly, and calmly ask her to stop being so...evil (I hope you have a better word than I do XP I suck at wording things) At least that way, if she DOES take it the wrong way, at least she can't accuse you of being mean to her and yelling at her about it since you did it nicely :)

The best thing to do is be the bigger person and talk to her about it but not when you are upset because if you are upset you would say all the things you shouldnt... Just let her know it bothers you and your big enough to say it to her face and not behind her back OK :)
