I remember sitting sitting in a hallway reviewing laboratory procedures before a 4 hour biochemistry laboratory about to turn in a 50+ page lab report like I did every week and some random business major was complaining about how it was so hard that he and his group of 5 had to turn in a two page report and they only had a month to get it done can you believe that only a month how unfair… It was so hard cry cry cry. Business majors are pussies.
Dedicate 8-9 hours a day for your work just like will when you get a paying job. Party only from 6:00pm Fridays through Noon Sundays making sure you eat properly and drink 3X more non-alcoholic beverages than alcoholic beverages.
First of all, you need to manage your time. Download managing time app or create a schedule by your own. You need to have a mind map, that's will facilitate your life and make your goals clearer. Focus on the psychological side, get ride of the stress, watch motivation vedios and order your priorities. Don't stress about your father, believe in yourself and work hard. Wish you the best luck 😉

Not for your dad though. Do it for you, otherwise you will regret wasting the opportunity.

Structure your life. Set aside the time of day that you would normally be at work, and work. The time spent commuting, spend it studying. Extra free time? Party it up, social distance style. Failing isn't an option. Just dont it, dont worry about. Time spent worrying is wasted time that can be used studying. If you feel guilty about it, maybe you could that that instead of what you are doing at that time? Possibly? Maybe?
Tl;dr. Get the shit done, I believe in you. Spend proper time on important shit, and live your life, when possible.
Maybe tell your dad about your struggles. Even though he's strict it would be better to tell him now rather than him finding out later you have failed. Telling him might open a window for you to get more help. He might have lots of ideas for to catch up. 🙂
Well I'm not aware of your whole situation. But here's my advice.
Do the work. You seem to understand what you have to do. We can tell you to organize a schedule or buckle down 5 hours a day, and it doesn't get you any closer to it. Sometimes you have to push the how out of your mind and just get down and do the work.
Shut out all the nonsense, get your head down and study. The internet can provide source materials for you, do the best you can.

Create a schedule of sorts. Work on your class, take an hour break for food/entertainment, get back to work for a few hours, break, repeat. Not necessarily that but you get the idea.
Section the work out and do so much a day. That's what I did with my last course. With 2 kids it's hard so if I can you got this.

Decide how much effort you want to put in. Do it. Accept that you will achieve a proportionate result. Do not waste time and effort worrying about what you didn't do, what your dad will say, what the neighbours think. Your life, your choices!
dont waste time, just study and work as hard as you can. Get good amounts of sleep and stay focused.

Start off by doing like 30 mins of catching up and increase it so it doesn’t feel too heavy to begin with ☺️
