What was a typical week/day like?
Did you use a planner? If yes, how and when did you plan?

I skipped and goofed off a lot but I didn’t miss any assignments or leave it last minute. I absolutely hated group projects and always opted to do it by myself if possible. Not because I thought I was better than others, but because I did not want the responsibility of having to always show up knowing I wouldn’t and people thinking I don’t do my fair share of work.
There were times when I didn’t have a choice but to do group work and I HATED it because no one did Jack shit and waited until last min.
I worked at the gym while in school and I enjoyed spending my time there between working out and actually working.
I had classes, needed to study on my own, and also did group projects. I got a full-time job pretty soon... so it wasn't easy :D
I switched to weekend mode after I got the job, but some classes weren't available... so I often needed to go for evening classes after work...
so... in general... work, home, or classes and then home... doing home stuff and then learning...
all weekends at school, having classes or doing group projects :D
Very poorly. I usually finished homework assignments at the last minute (if I even did it at all), barely studied for tests, and got the grades I needed to pass. I got my useless degree that's done nothing for me, have retained very little of what I learned, and that's really all I can say.
Hell no , I attended as little classes as I could , studied and when I could be bothered , wrote assignments generally at the deadline and socialized as much as humanly possible when I wasn’t working for the money needed to socialize 😂
During my time at college, I prioritized effective time management by using a planner. Each week, typically on Sunday evening, I would map out important deadlines, classes, and responsibilities. My days were structured with a mix of classes, study sessions, and personal time to ensure balance. I made sure to allocate focused time blocks for studying, while also incorporating breaks to maintain productivity. By setting small, manageable goals each day and regularly reviewing them, I stayed organized and on top of my commitments. This approach helped to balance academic and personal life successfully.

I definitely used a planner, and had upcoming things written in it. Also, I knew which nights of the week that I had to study, and which evenings I could lighten up and socialize with friends.
In high school I was very good with my planner and always met my target schedule. In university, my plans never worked so I gave up using a calendar in the first semester of school. I just tried to prepare ahead of schedule when time allowed it and I never missed a single dead line. Some professors try to prevent you from planning ahead by only disclosing relevant details about assignments right before the deadline, because they want their A’s to go to the best I. Q. Student and not the best prepared student. Others make you take quizzes at the beginning of the semester that are designed to test your intelligence so they can determine what grade they will give you later in the year because its embarrassing if a dumb student gets an A in your class or if a smart student gets a D.
Well, I have class shortly. I live with three girls in a dorm suite so it is hectic at times all trying to get ready. This semester, I can take a little more time in the morning because of my class schedule.
Yes, I plan. I usually take some time on Sunday and look over what I have coming up for the week and budget time.
I was terrible at it, but somehow I managed to survive :')
I used to try and schedule all my classes early in the day. I would go to class, then go and work my part time job. I would go home and eat supper Then I would go the the library after supper and study. Rinse and repeat
I had fun my first year and half but stayed focused enough to pass and do well, but my last 2 year did undergrad I got way more serious. I just kinda winged it and put first the important stuff to balance my carefree life
I always place attending class and homework as the highest priority. After that is done, I am free to do other activities.
I was busy all the time. Classes, football practice, labs, and some time going out with various girls, etc.
basically chill all the time and then panic before the exams. i still made it but hell that was stressfull xD
I have classes from 6 am to 11 am from Monday to Saturday, however the topics are very extensive and quite difficult to study.
It was interesting, I was often in library.
Poorly.
