I'm 19 years old and I still have a sitter. What should I do?

I'm a 19 years old guy, my parents are very very very strict. They have cameras in every room (mine included) I have to ask permission for basically everything like studying, going out (which is almost always denied) watching TV, even for freaking going to the bathroom! And when they aren't home all of the things listed fall onto a babysitter, they have never called her a sitter, but that's basically what she is. Talking to them is almost impossible, what can I do to make them understand this situation is almost unlivable for me? I have zero privacy and no friends, how do I make this situation better for me?

I'm sorry but I would have called the cops. What kind of place are you living in? That's not a home that sounds like a prison. If they can't trust you as a person then fine, that's their personal opinion and I can sell a blender for that for the way had a lot of people do nowadays. But if they can't even respect you as an adult, then they got some psychological problems and needs to be evaluated by a professional therapist. You already know what you have to do. And that's simply getting yourself out of there.

Remove the camera in your room. You have the right to assumed privacy in your bedroom. I think thats what its called. Nobody can put cameras up in your room or bathroom. You have to do something. Just going along with it reinforces them that its ok. They can't just kick you out either. They have to give notice. Aaaaaaand you could threaten to tell the police about the cameras if the try to kick you out. I know that's extreme but you have to do something.
