How to get my brothers ex girlfriend to stop harassing him and our family?

This little girl is harrassing my brother for breaking up with her putting things all on social media saying F my ex with my brothers name and just a whole bunch of other stuff like she’ll kill her self. It’s taking everything in me not to drive to my moms house and drag her. But I’m 24 and my fighting days are over especially with a 19 year old. She has serious mental health problems and I’m tired of her mentioning my brothers name all because he wanted nothing to do with her since she’s crazy. Realistic for a 19 year old guy to get a restraining order against a girl. She has came over on my mothers property leaving notes and kept driving by beeping the horn and causing a scene. One of the notes we have saved literally says if I can’t have you no one can like literally out of a horror movie. Again the lord doesn’t want me to use my hands as I have a career now... so what should we do?

I’m 23 now, and it hurts me to say anything other than “pull up on that hoe” but you have a career like you mentioned so you’re doing the right thing by not beating that bitches ass. As extreme as it seems, he may need to get a restraining order. Or even call the cops next time something happened to maybe scare her off or something? Do her parents know what she’s doing? Maybe contact them so they could put their daughter in check?
