You aren't related. AFAIK there are no words for such distant relations by marriage.
Someone who shares a set of grandparents with you is a first cousin. Their children are your first cousins once removed. Someone who shares a set of great-grandparents with you is a second cousin.

Your dad's uncle would be your great uncle which makes his wife your great aunt which would the boy your second cousin if he was hers. But because he's her sister's son, he isn't related to you by marriage at all

Since there is no blood relationship, he's actually no direct relation to you.
I think they'd be your dad's cousins by marriage, technically your first cousins once removed, but only by marriage, not blood
