Is it weird/crazy that I keep messaging my dead mom on fb messenger?

My mother passed away this past Friday from a violent heart attack which seeing her dead in my arms before the EMTS arrived, reviving, and dying again at the hospital from a heart attack and crashing twice.

Anyways I've been sending her little things every day saying how much I miss her, that I love her, that I'm lost without her, to give some guidance, etc

I'm not expecting a response. I know she's dead. That there will never be a physical actual response. However from a mental and spiritual element I hope my messages are getting to her? Are they. Probably not... but it is helping a little

First of all, I'm very sorry for your loss. I know the pain and grief of having someone you love die in your arms... it shook me to my core and tore my life upside down because I wouldn't let myself grieve... I was in denial. It all caught up to me and I fell into a deep depression with violent panic attacks... I needed professional help to get over it.

What I'm trying say is... what you're doing is okay... everytime you miss her or wanna talk to her... message her. You actually acknowledging that she won't reply, is the first step of grieving. Not being physically there for you, doesn't mean she's isn't with you I spirit.

The people we love are always with us. Because of that love...

Talk to her... it's a way for you to grieve...

You will feel better with time...

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have...

Ity a difficult thing to get over.
It's a good way to control your emotions. I lost a daughter and her mother. We had a spot at the side of the river in Lyon , in France.
It's the only place I feel close to them.
I scattered their ashes on the grass behind where we use to sit and drink coffee.
Last year was first time I missed the Anniversary of their deaths, because of the virus.

It's all normal, particularly so after a sudden unexpected death. So sorry you lost your mother.
