No matter what kind of bully someone is the death of a child is off limits for getting back. Besides, maybe he has changed. Some people were bullies because they had an overbearing mother or father who may even have abused them. So they bully others like they were so they can be in control where they were just slugs at home with no control over anything. We all grow up, hopefully and can be totally different as we age.
