The only way to beat the jealousy is to make your own life better and more enjoyable so you don't feel the need to compare yourself to others.
A couple of the problems you can knock out in one go, namely a hobby! a lot of hobbies have communities surrounding them within which you can make friends, go out with the new friends, go to events about the hobby.
Talent is different for everybody but hard work beats talent 7 days a week if you can love what you're working on! Or find something you have talent in as a beginning and build from there.
Mental illness doesn't have a cure all, so treatment and awareness so you know when it's acting up and can get ahead of it and handle it proactively helps a lot.
One type of hobby I always recommend is a healthy hobby like a sport, rock climbing, tennis, hiking, weightlifting, martial arts like jiu jitsu, etc. They are very active so you're healthier and the people in them are always so nice and helpful because they require a ton of effort to get good at so they know the struggle at the beginning.
