Yes, I have done that in the past. I have found that it’s better to speak my peace or take out my frustration before it becomes anger. Bottling it up is not good for me or anyone else.
Best thing you can do is apologize and make sure you don’t do it again. Find the root of what actually made you angry to being with and deal with those things.
