lol Millennials were born early 80s to mid 90s. About 1981 to 1996. Oldest millennials have already reached 40 years old. Youngest millennials are mid 20s, like me.

My kids are in that generation yet I'm barely a millennial being born at the end of 1996 and my husband is gen z so not all kids born now a days have millennial parents

The oldest of Gen Alpha would be 11, kind of hard to judge. I do worry about the stupid liberal millennials as parents.
