Which parent do you think you are most like? Do people ever say you are just like …. ?

I'm nothing like either of my parents. Physically I don't share any family traits at all, I am completely different. All my family are short and I'm quite tall, they are quite dark with olive complection and I am blond with pale skin. No similar facial features either.
For a while I thought I might have actually been adopted or the possibility that "dad" isn't my real father, still not totally convinced.

More like my mum, small blessings. luckily I don’t take after either as such. huge relief it was not my dad. my daughter takes more after me in some regards, which is likely not a good thing lol.

I never knew my real dad until I was 29 and I just talk to him for a few hours I don't think it was until I was 32 that I went to visit him and his wife and for not knowing each other we had the same type of laugh there's a lot of things we did the same thing you know our laugh the way we talk to kind of. Both kind of funny and outgoing even though I'm an introvert and at the same time I got to know him I always wanted to know who I was in life. And even though he is a pretty good guy when I left there I knew I didn't want to be. It's not in a bad way it's just there's parts of him that I didn't understand and it's none of my business to be honest we're basically just friends

I'm more like my father. We share a lot of the same interests and beliefs. For example, we both like Nirvana, Elvis Presley, Jim Croce, history, and socializing. We're both lazy, spontaneous, reckless, impatient, optimistic, and independent. People also tell me I look like my dad. We both have blue eyes and a button nose. My mother is serious and cares a lot about her reputation, unlike me.
