Well im in that exact position with my biological father and everything he owns, house included. Im taking it. I plan on burning the house to the ground and donating the property and everything else to charity. Itll bring me some level of satisfaction to watch it burn

My dad and I dont really talk and I'm pretty sure I'm not getting anything when he dies. I'm fine with it.
