What do you envy: something or someone?

is there anything you envy? I envy lots of things on TV shows and rich people buying a house. I know it's a sin. I should stop enving

Neither. If I want something, I save up for it. I saved up 7 years while renting the cheapest apartment I could find so that I could buy a house with cash, for example.


The only thing I could see making me envious has more to do with luck. Like if I had cancer (I don’t) I might be envious of people in good health.
