What would you do if your sister-in-law called you a bi#ch while pregnant and your mother-in-law didn't defend you?

My sister-in-law has been giving me the silent treatment since I have married into my husband's family. On this occasions, I approached her as I was feeling awkward in the room as she never doesn't talk to me. When I asked her 'What is your problem?', she attacked me like a evil possessed devil with horrible comments like I am insane, you need a straight jacket, you need to be in an asylum, etc.
