Ex friend is trying to befriend my friends?

My ex friend from university (from 2 years ago) met my home friends through me when we were friends 2 years ago. We had a big fight and we don’t like eachother, but my home friends say she’s been trying to message them on social media and make friends with all of them. They weren’t even friends before and barely know eachother, they only met my ex friend once, so why is she going after my friends? It makes me feel weird because she doesn’t actually know them they met once.

It creeps me out because we’re not in contact any more. While we were friends, she used to flirt with guys I liked as well and “borrow” my clothes and stole my makeup from my room. She always gave me weird vibes
