Child support (which men pay) is heavily enforced. Men's time with their children is NOT enforced when the mother blocks it.

Because if you wanted to be there in the beginning he would just be there. And there are some spiteful women out there. I think a lot of it has to do with expectations and also wanting not to create a pretend delusional family aspect if you’re not together it also has to do a trust and especially if the mother doesn’t feel comfortable with the new person that’s around them.

There is really nothing that can stop you from being with your children I don’t care what law I don’t care what restraining order nothing if you want to be there you will be there you will show up you will do what you have to do as a father. No matter what grief you get from the mother you never stop fighting for your children

No I have no church in and I understand how discouraging it is my parents have gone through my cousins house going through it. You’re not supposed to lose hope. And right now my cousin has a restraining order on him but it doesn’t stop him from sending money or trying to be there as much as he can. I know there are some women that are spiteful that will do anything in their power to stop Them from being with their kids but it’s the guys that sit there and give up that’s a problem

I just told you the scenarios of my cousins and my family members yes I do we understand I just told you there are some spice for women out there but there are also some that have given chances and there are some that wants to still be in a relationship with the baby father and therefore they do these things. I know you don’t think that all men are good men and I don’t think you think that all women are great women parents

My cousin has a restraining order on him right now. He hasn’t seen his stated that he hasn’t seen his children in two months. When you talk to both sides they each come up with a story that is of course convincing but my cousin did cheat on her first had other outside children.
The mother of the two children say that she has never stopped him from being with the children she just doesn’t think that it is a visit if it’s 2 AM in the morning they are not up.

In a perfect world men and women should have the right to be with their child as much as they want to be. But you also have to take into account of your actions and what is best for the child and are they potentially threatened their growing experience

Because if parenting was enforced…. They’d do a horrible job. Financial support doesn’t have anything to do with personality. U don’t want a horrible person, having anything to do with raising a child.

Well u didn’t talk about mothers blocking the father visitation. In Canada, USA, Italy, Germany etc the father is of course supposed to pay support…. If the courts have to decide and chase the father to get the money he starts loosing rights…. But if it’s arranged.. agreed then he can ask for as much as he can.

In the US fathers pay child support and are hounded legally if they do not. Women who block court-ordered visitation suffer no consequences.

Child support is enforced against men but not against women. Visitation is also not enforced against women - if men cannot visit their children because the mother blocks it, too bad - no enforcement.
