Is it just me but you notice when certain people or your friends mention your name a lot when talking to you whether it’s text or in person?

Like I have this friend and I’ve only noticed it with her like in my head it’s unnecessary to say my name so much but as you can tell she does it so much that I’ve realised

Yeah I've noticed that before, it's kind of odd that they keep bringing you up specifically by name but some people are just weird. They also might be having multiple conversations over text, and then bringing you up by name in their text is them remembering who they're talking to so they don't send the wrong message to the wrong person
