Do you notice your name will get called or said often while being spoken to?

No I have to know anyone’s take it on it cause it happens often to the point I notice it. People in general just say what they have to say without using my name mid sentence or mid reference. Like you’re already talking to me so I don’t understand it. It’s not an issue it’s just something I’ve noticed with certain people. Not people I have an issue with, it could be a friend or mutual friend per say that I don’t know too much
