Is it possible to hang out with a girl you are attracted to and she knows you are but has a boyfriend, could you hang out in a motel for a week and just be friends or does something have to happen besides talk? I mean would you trust your girl if she disappeared for a week and that was her story? We just hung out and no we didn't do nothing , why would you think that?

No she should refuse such trips if she is a girlfriend. No sleepovers with guys, no disappearances ever, she must be clear with her boyfriend where she is. There is no reason ever for her to take in on a motel with another guy. You can count that as cheating independent what went on in that room.
