Should I wait for him to contact first?

I recently reconnected with this guy and he asked a couple of times if he could talk to me tomorrow and talk to me again if I would like to. He said he couldn't believe who he was speaking to. We didn't talk the next day (a week ago). Should I just wait for him to text, as he's the kind of guy to chase and not be chased.

The way we left it was, he said "Can I chat to you tomorrow? It really is nice to talk to you (my nickname). Speak to you later." I said "Ok, and you. It's crazy but nice to talk to you again." I just meant it's crazy to hear from him after so long (in a good way).

Yes, you won't need this post if you took the chance. You do not even know what is going on with his life until you communicate.

You would automatically know if he is a bad person by his repeated behavior.
