Ladies what is this lightly brushing into me thing and what do I do about it?

Long story short I have a longtime friend of 8 years and sometimes she does this. It's literally like a cat rubbing up against you. Any idea what this means?

She just likes touching you and being around you. She’s comfortable with you and yes while it may seem odd the way she goes about it that’s probably all that it is. Some people tend to have slightly animalistic tendencies to show affection.
