My friend is mad at me because I applied to the same company she already got the job for and thinks I’m copying her?

Well, obviously you are. Try graciousness along the lines. I respect and love you as a friend. Being around you gives me confidence. I do not expect anything from you in your new position. I’m also applying at these places…what do you think about these places? AFTER ALL, she is the your example.
