It's understandable that you are concerned about your friend's well-being and safety in her new job as a taxi driver. I belive It's important to approach the situation with empathy and understanding rather than trying to convince her to quit outright
I feel like instead of immediately suggesting she quit y should discuss potential solutions or alternatives like if there a possibility of switching to a different role within the same company? Can she explore other job opportunities that might be safer or more aligned with her interests and goals?
Last but not the least , Encourage her to take action: Help her identify the steps she can take to address the issues she's facing. This could include reporting incidents to the appropriate authorities, discussing her concerns with her boss or HR department, or seeking support from colleagues or fellow drivers who might have faced similar challenges.
New job requires a lot n I really wish u let her know that you are there for her and willing to help in any way you can maybe u can offer to accompany her when she reports incidents or seeks support, or simply be available to listen when she needs to vent or discuss her experiences.
Ps : its really rare people care about ither problems i must say she is definitely so lucky to have ya 😇

I would convince her to find a safer job because that current job doesn't sound safe.
