My friend won't take no for an answer?

I've been friends with this guy for 11 years. The problem with him is that he refuses to take no for an answer. I believe he's a pervert. He has a jacuzzi in his house and he is constantly inviting me back to it to get in with his girlfriend who is equally as perverted as he is. I keep saying no but never of them drop it. They keep commenting on my body which is weird. I gave him a slap across the face last week on a night out because he insulted me by saying "your brother gets more d**k than you do" he's gay by the way. His girlfriend said something about having sex with him in jacuzzi in front of me. They make me very uncomfortable. I wanted to go home last Saturday night because they put me in a bad humour and his girlfriend got behind me and keep pushing me up the street to go into a nightclub. I almost fell and could have broke my leg. When I broke free then tried to block me by standing in front of me. I'm tired of their weird pervert behavior. Should I report them?

Some people just can't take no for a answer. He sounds like a bad person and as you said a pervert. I think that you need to cut him off and be very clear to leave you alone. If he can't then do what you need to legally to keep him away such as filing papers and stuff.

NOW... With that being said. While he did deserve to be slapped ethically and morally. Legally you could make yourself into the bad person here. If he called the police you could be arrested or at least cited for assault and you will loose credibility.

So don't slap people or put your hands on people in self defense. Another thing that can happen is if he defends himself against the slap you could get yourself hurt and again the cops could take his side on things.
