Nowadays is a 24 year-old man too young to provide for 2 kids?

I think my younger brother is a weird case for a modern society. He's only 24 years old and his wife just had their 2nd child (a girl) last month. He was just 22 when they had their 1st child.

Considering that it's a modern world and everything is more expensive, isn't a man in his early 20's too young to be a provider? I know my parents help them in the beginning and they're doing good now.

Some of his friends don't understand. They're all wondering if he has all the time and luxury to father kids... why in his early 20's? They all think that's too young to be a provider.

Good for him... Boy has balls. Might need a second job BUT it sounds like it is in him to be good for Family.

Depends on the person and their job.
In my career it's normal due to all the benefits.
For anyone else.. i wouldn't call it "normal" or "abnormal".

Nah that's normal. My husband just turned 25 and has 3 kids that he supports

I think it's early, but if they're comfortable with the decision and they can be financially independent, it's all fine.

I am 24 right now and I do NOT feel ready to have kids yet. I think that's too young.
