Is a guy at 28 too young to have kids?

Of course not. Some people are wary and never feel ready, but by this age men have the emotional maturity, have usually finished with their education, and are still at peak energy (which is necessary for running after toddlers.) The real question is whether the guy is willing to give up his life as he knows it. Men know what a responsibility having kids is. Some shirk the responsibilities, but others know exactly what they will have to give up, and that can be terrifying.

Yes but it depends on if he has a good job and if he has found the ideal woman to do that. If he is that in love and he have tested that she is the one and if they can financial afford a family then why not.

My dad had his first kid at 32. He ended up with 3 healthy boys.

Not necessarily. I'm not ready to have kids yet, but a lot of guys my age have kids very comfortably.
