Is it ok if I text this to my friend who is acting distant?

My friend doesn't respond as much anymore (takes 1-2 days to reply.. sometimes 3). Left me on read twice in a few days (which is unusual). But I recognize that my messages didn't require a response, but still... a bit unusual in our friendship.

Can I send this to my friend?

"Hey, I'm sorry, I recognize that I haven't been a good friend these past few weeks. I feel like something has changed, but it's all on me. I may have been unavailable, but I should have still tried to spend more time with you. I honestly miss our conversations. You're a good friend and I'm sorry if you felt taken for granted. 😕"

by the way, I meant that sometimes he takes 1-2 or even 3 days to reply. No idea why my text turned into the 😌 emoji haha
