Friend made me a Facebook with out asking me?

She had a picture of me and made me a Facebook without my permission. Is this weird? I told her I don’t use social media and she took it upon herself to make me one? I’m confused and a little creeped out. She also told me she went to a psychic to ask about my future? I never told her I was ok with any of this. What is wrong with her?
