Yea. She would do the same for you (hopefully).
Always act on the side of kindness.
If it becomes repeated, then maybe have a deeper discussion about what's happening to create her financial problems.
But a one off? I always try to help in those situations.

Depends. Like do you have the money to give away? Is she borrowing or taking? If borrowing, does she pay you back? These would all be factors to me.
