so like since masks came into our lives people got insecure about their look. I didn't take off my mask for whole year💀 but its not all bout my look , its also bout my anxiety. but school is opening in 1 month and I started to get stressed like I know no one s gonna take mask , only I will. itll be weird. I wonder if some othe rpeopie is still feel the same as J do out there? How do u guys feel bput it?

But In the UK around that time, less and less people stopped wearing them here, too.

What's the purpose of the mask?

I think they're a psychological comfort blanket. Their utility in terms of protecting you from anything is likely pretty much none. If anything, they are likely harming you into the long term , as you're sort of illustrating with this question.

damn.. its social anxiety. I dont feel comfottable in public : can't eat or can't dress as I want to be cuz I dont wanna stand out. feel like everyones looking at u , talking bout u all the time and judging u , ur look , ur acts. yeah. it doesn't kill but let me live either

Sure I felt insecure when I stopped wearing my mask, which is interesting because I was one of the people who also felt insecure when I started wearing them too. After you stop wearing it you'll go back to normal in a few days.

That’s understandable as everyone wants to feel like they belong and not stand out. Do you have other friends going to the same school? Even here in Florida where masks were never worn by everyone there are people who still wear them

like yeah but they re all hang out withput masks so I can't even go out with them cuz I ll have to take it off while eating smth. Im planning to vhange my school but I don't know...

Just don't wear a mask, which do you prefer, to walk in naked face and if someone doesn't like what they see they don't approach you or someone approaches you because they are attracted to the top half of your face and then want to see your full face and when you take it off then you see them react? Technically the mask would harm more than without if you think you are ugly, I'm not saying you are ugly but if you were then it would be much more beneficial if you just walk in with your full face so if people don't like your face they won't approach you and it would spare your feelings, thing is that without the mask you also have the chances of people approaching you because they like your face, no mask sounds much more beneficial than mask if you ask me
