Is this fair house and child duties in a marriage?

If a mother is the only one that can drive (her husband is scared to drive) she works a full time 9-5 drives the kids to swimming on weekends, takes them to a birthday party, irons, cleans, cooks all food and does exercise class once a week on weekends

The husband works night shifts and picks the kids up from school, cooks dinner only as mother is still at work, and does a lot of DIY, maintains the backyard and builds stuff, and takes the kids to play outside etc

How does the husband pick kids up from school if he doesn't drive?

He walks its a 5 minute walk
