If it's the woman's house and she gets married, does the husband become the co-owner?

Let's say I'm not interest in moving in because I have more than enough assets myself and there is large garden for even pets. I really don't need someone else's house nor money.

Though now that I'm thinking, I wouldn't mind sharing my property with a husband. So if I were to get married one day, how does it work when it's the woman's house? Would my future husband be a co-owner?

That would depend on what you both agree on so paperwork is key. If you got divorced, the court would say it is just your house, but if it was his house, you got married and divorced, the court would say it is both your house. Courts very rarely take from women and often (more than 95% of the time) take from men. If that is what you were asking/concerned about.

I don't know about your state but in mine, any property or money each has prior to marriage is considered theirs, a new spouse is not entitled to it, unless the proper paperwork is done. Any property or money accumulate after marriage, is considered jointly owned. Spouses would be entitled. Of course there's legal documents that can be filed to define all things involved.
