Do you remember the first baby you ever held?

I remember when I held my second cousin in my arms when he was a newborn and an infant. He was the first baby I ever held.

Probably not. My mother ran a daycare out of our home when i was young. I was expected to help in my free time so i almost certainly held one or more babies during that time. The first one i recall though was my niece. My sister wanted me to hold her baby but i didn’t want to. So she acted like she was going to drop her daughter and just knew i’d catch her. I did and instantly felt like a fool. No way she’d actually drop her own rugrat, but i fell for it like a schmoe. Ell oh ell!

Yea, my sister. I probably wasn't allowed to hold her when she was newborn. But I held her and fed her when she was just a baby. I was young myself at the time, but I have a pretty strong memory of it. I think there are even pictures of it someplace.

I think the first newborn that I held was my own baby.
