Ok so my brother (15M) keep slapping my (19F) butt "for fun".

I've told my parents and they seem to tell me its only for fun and I should let it go. My dad always slaps my mom's ass and she tells him to stop as a joke (even thought she clearly likes it), so maybe he's taking a bad example from that?

He also keeps staring at my breast and I've caught him standing discretly looking down my shirt when I was sitting.

Here's the important part: I've slapped him and he almost seemed not to care/laugh it off. I've also threatened to kick him in the groin but he keeps doing it and laughs, almost like he doesn't believe I'm gonna kick him.

Should I kick him? Any other ideas? I don't want him to slap my ass anymore and he can be such a pervert, I want him to respect women/not get in trouble later on. At the same time I kinda don't want to hurt him, he's normally a very good brother.

Definitely kick him. As long as he keeps doing it, keep kicking him harder and harder till he gets the message.

When I was younger I'd always go too near to girls until one day I slapped this girls ass on the bus and she slapped me in the face and kicked me in the nuts so hard. Then she stomped on my balls too and it felt like I was gonna die.
