About the cat thing, I tried it on my friend. Since she does not open up that much, I tried it on her. It succeeded. She has a cat. I have 4. We talked about it all. And then other things too.

I mean, just because a guy likes cats does not mean that I would be attracted to him emotionally or physically. Him liking cats and babies is his preference, and it would have no effect over me whatsoever. It would be a good conversation starter though. I'm absolutely terrified of all sorts of animals and even though I think all babies are cute, I find most annoying. It may work on some, but not on all. What if the girl was allergic to cats or was scared of them? What if the girl was childfree and was not a fan of babies? It would ruin your chances of having a good conversation with her, let alone a potential romance.

If you want to impress me, buy me food and have a heart to heart, scintillating conversation with me. Talk to me about the most random thing ever, hear me out whenever I talk, put in the effort to talk to me, don't be afraid to show your interest and most importantly, be genuine. You don't have to pretend to like some things you really don't in order to impress me. That is quite off putting.

There are only a few girls who are into babies and pets these days. For me, I'd be up for chat if the guy has a cat. If he's got books, maybe I'll date him. Babies are gross. It's instant mood killer.

Both of those may score points, but the question is whether they score points in the romance category.

Most girls want a man who they perceive as manly. Sharing a picture of your cat may get a girl talking and acting friendly but you are likely to be put in the same category as her homosexual friends. Having a cat is perceived as not manly. And I am not prejudiced on this issue; I have a cat named Uncle Thunder.

As for the baby, if a woman is looking for a husband, knowing that he is comfortable with babies would be reassuring. If she is not at that point, I don't know tht this trick would score any points in the romance category.

Yes to the cat and corny/cute Animal jokes. I do that and it is very good way to fill silent moments and to bump butts outside on park bench viewing videos and pics. All animals from 16 on shoukd be kept and logged in one place. She judges your growth and changes from this garbage 🗑
