No. Lying to someone does not help them at all. There is a difference between being honest and being a asshole. There isn’t a need to be a ass to someone without cause. But you can choose to say nothing.

If someone is asking you about themselves. Either don’t answer or be constructive. It’s a lot easier to fix looks then stupidity. But if most people put a little bit of effort into themselves, they would be surprised how good they look

Depends what you mean. I ain't going to do it just for sex that's for sure.
But if let's say she's not pretty but my type and perfectly matches me you are damn right I'm going to call her the most beautiful girl I've seen and it won't be a lie even if untrue. Because I want her and to me things are more important than looks, and somehow I don't think saying 'oh your ugly but I like you' will go down very well lol.
