Telling a girl she's smart and pretty, and not having it be awkward?

So I recently met this girl while on vacation, who is the cousin of our family friends. She's incredibly pretty and is one of the smartest girls I've talked to. She's around often for gatherings and things and she and I always end up talking about something interesting.

Anyway, I've got a stupid crush since I'm only in the area for a week, but I'd love to just tell her something like:

"You're probably one of the smartest and just as equally prettiest girl I've talked to lately." (or somewhere along those lines).

Would that be awkward if I said that at some point? She's very flirty and I'd just really like to tell her.
