Simple question girls. Should I tell a girl she's pretty?

Hi, so I liked this girl since starting of this year and she called me pretty boy in May but I never respond anything about it to her because I I didn't know how to respond it but can I tell a girl she's pretty?

I don't know how she would react but I know she likes me but I can never confront her about it

You can find a way to casually slip it in during a conversation. For example, if she's talking about how pretty another girl is, say something like, "you're just as pretty as she is". If she changes her look in any way, tell her how good she looks.
