I'm a 29 year old autistic male with epilepsy is it wrong to just wanna get hugged by a woman I was betrayed by two women who I knew for 13 years?

They were twin sisters childhood friends of mine I knew from Feb 16-18 2009- Decmber 5 2021 - Early August 2022 they were family to me i loved them with all my heart. There family was my family but they betrayed me.

They are through meds but I have micro ones in my sleep I can't drive and I found out that as a epileptic I'm more prone to aggressive outbursts not physical more verbal not something I can help.

Your telling me dude have not had a major one since 2006 I told my former friends this and the one sister told her boyfriend that even though I can't control it they want no part of it after I was loyal to them
