This is one messed up situation... The Friend's Friend wants to take His girlfriend out for Dinner, and he's just fine with it? WTF?
He suppose to Lend/Borrow money for the Other guy to take his girlfriend out!.
    1) As a guy/man Always i have the money to pay for my girl's dinner.
    2) If i don't have the money i will make her something/cook new recepy, to surprise her.
    3) i would say to "my friend" to keep his dik in his pants and stop thinking about my girlfriend.
    4) If she's too fussy about eating outside and not understanding that is "not possible" at the moment, i would've break up, as i'm not looking for a person just "to live the life", and Not working for The Life she wants!. Because if she gets that "habit", then were done, right there and then, couse she proves she's not the wifey material, she just a "pass through life" and "live the good times" person.

No, they don't have to go out to eat. There are loads of free or inexpensive ways to get to know each other.

Maybe I'm reading the example a little too literally. I don't see where the friend says he will loan the money.

I see it saying "he will take her out." Is he saying he going to move in on the girl?

All my friends are too loose with their money. By that I mean, they have money and then spend it all on stupid stuff like gambling. Case in point one calling me to say he won £700 on a horse race, then went and lost it all on another horse race.

So no I wouldn't help a friend out who wasn't prudent with his money.

I would help out in a serious situation and have when friend's have been kicked out of their home or need somewhere safe. Had a female friend stay with us at Christmas as she felt unsafe around her partner.

That last line of text should be changed to "I'll eat her out tomorrow."
Not for that dumb reason, one should be able to fiance there money better also he can do that any other time. Is that one date gonna change there entire relationship? or even a special event at all not really.

You can stay in and have a nice time with your girlfriend and if you can't that's more of your issue at been in a relationship.

Not really because eating out is not a life or death situation nor is it a hallmark of a relationship.

If my homie is broke and taking his girl out to eat is his first concern then I'm the kind if friend to slap some sense into him.

If he came to me hungry I would more than happily feed him but that's not the same thing

I am that kind of homie who gives money to his friends, no strings attached, but one. Certain interest is put on the money given.

If they are good friends, then simple interest. If they are not, then compounded interest.

The goal is to not get back the interest, which in almost all cases I do not get, but, the goal is to make them sure to not ask me for any amount of money again.

Honestly no I think I'm a good friend and I would lend friends money when needed but not for something that isn't essential. If would need to be something either small or something important. And if it was a large amount then I would want a written agreement i know it sounds like you don't trust them but it just gives some assurance.

At my age, friends don't need to ask to borrow money for a date. I have two friends who will get whatever they ask from me as long as it is not illegal or immoral.
