Hummm... When you introduce him to someone, you say, "This is my son: Father William Smith". (Made up name.) But if you are talking to him, I would imagine you'd refer to him as "son". LOL

If either of my sons were a priest, I’d call him by his first name like any other priest’s mom (or dad) would.

If I were a priest, I’m certain my kids would still call me “mom” and not “Mother”.
