We were friends in highschool and we attended the same university but then I stopped going and since haven't talked. She doesn't even try to contact me on Facebook. But she made her FB pic a picture of us in highschool.
My guess is that she likes how she looks in the pic, and since you two only fell out of touch and there’s no issues, she figured you wouldn’t mind.
