It really depends. Due to my job, I sometimes only have time to glance at my phone and then go on my way. Sometimes our IT defense system deep packet inspects and repacks our net communications, which almost always result in a "seen" notification for some unfathomable reason (I really don't understand why can that be, but never mind).

I always answer when I can. It's just that it might take 12 hours.
