Girlfriend hangs out with “baby daddys” family and is close with them, we plan to marry, should I be concerned?

kind of gives me the 2 mother in laws etc feeling, am I tripping? She sees his family as family. Takes care of his sisters baby sometimes, cooks food for his mother and takes care of her if needed more than the mothers own kids and around them for birthdays and holidays. My only concern is, is there enough room for my family, the actual real in laws and should I be concerned about this strange dynamic?

There probably not enough room for both of them in her life. The underlying problem here is that you’re marrying a woman who already has another man in her life, which is a huge mistake. That’s what you need to fix- date her if you must, but under these circumstances you definitely should not marry her. You will be undermined by the baby daddy’s family.

Having a genuine concern is not an insecurity. When you marry someone you become 1 family, not 1 family with two sets of inlaws. If you are not desiring the situation that is a genuine concern to examine.
