I think the boy because he won't have much contact with his child, and will have to pay child support for many years for a kid he didn't want.

Initially the girl, because of how pregnancy effects the body and it being more of a strain and possibly lethal if young enough.

If she gives birth without issue though, then I'd say the boy, because of child support.

However both of those scenarios are unlikely.

In the real world, if a young girl gets pregnant, abortion is likely, and if a young boy gets a woman pregnant, the child is likely going to go up for adoption or be raised by grandparents, because he's too young to be a dad and she's in jail.

Both are just as bad if the child is underage. Unfortunately in some areas the justice system sucks and prosecuting people who have sex with minors is sometimes very hard.

Some say women always get off easy. This isn’t true. Many men do unfortunately too. Other times a good prosecutor and judge will give them what they deserve.
