First best question is what kind of pizza they like. You can then move on to "Coke or Pepsi". If it's a girl, compliment her shoes. Ask/talk about sports. Movies. Netflix. Do they like the McDonald's McRib. Show interest in them, be thoughtful and courteous. Funny is a plus.
